Product: Go Envy 5055

My HP Envy 5055 printer won't turn on when plugged into different outlets. However, the power button lights up for a second when the power cord is at the very tip of the printer and then turns off when fully plugged in. I tried a different power cord and nothing happens. The warranty is expired and it is a little over a year old. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
