HP Envy 6000 is online but will not print

My HP Envy 6000e is online but it will not print. I have tried everything I can think of an whats online, but I keep getting a notice: Printer cannot print, I problem has occurred and you will be unable to print, except for printer reports, until the issue is resolved. I tried HP smart and www.hpsmart.com to my account but nothing seems to help.

To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:

- Are you enrolled in the HP instant ink service?

- Error messages or Blinking lights (if any) on the unit. (Please share the image of the error if possible to isolate the issue)

- May I know which application you are using to print?

- When was the last time your printer was working fine?

- Were there any changes made to your printer recently?

- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?

Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
