HP laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I've just bought an HP Envy 6010 wireless all in one printer. I have installed more printers than I can remember, but this is driving me nuts. First of all, the wireless network finds it but when I press 'connect' the wireless connection goes off. I downloaded HP Smart, but all I get when I open it is a blank screen with one little home symbol in the top left hand corner. I would uninstall it and try again, except it is not on the list when I go to uninstall. If I try to install it again, it tells me it is already installed.

I tried my Windows find a printer but it finds an HP 2600 series for some reason. I thought I had downloaded the software, but it was for the 5000 series. I didn't ask for that, but that's what I got. It keeps telling me to go to my printer screen. It doesn't have a screen.

Any help would be very, very gratefully received. If I go to HP support all I get is daft videos which tells me what I already know and where everything goes wonderfully well.

If you want real love, buy a dog.
