You are released broken version with latest update HP Smart app. I can get only blank screen when runing it. Version before this update working fine. Do you have in your plans fix it? Update was ten days ago. And still nothing? It is very frustrating and no professionality from HP!
My Printer is HP Envy 6020e.

Thank you for your reply and advice I'm an experienced user and of course I've tried everything you mentioned, but the app doesn't work. I found a temporary solution by restoring the old version of the app and I'm waiting for a new, correct version, hopefully as soon as possible.

Why are you complicating it? To charge $5 for support and chat with your service?
Your job is just to fix the bug and put the correct app on the Store.
I think that is also your obligation, considering that I chose your printer when I bought it and probably paid for the software support with that.
I think you are wrong and that you are just turning users away in this way!
