Hi,

I have exactly the same issue with my brand new Ency 6032. Everything works perfectly fine, but after a few minutes it turns in a complete freeze. Appears offline in HP SMART, nothing works, not even the power button or sending a print job via email. The only solution is to unplug the power cable and plug it back in.

regards,
Jan

It seems that I already have the latest firmware version. Does the printer update automatically? I see that the release date is 6th of January.

However, I would like to mention that I have not experienced the issue in a while. The printer seems to be working well, stays reachable,  also when I try to print from another room connected directly to the router while the printer is connected to a repeater.

Will keep an eye on this for a bit more time.

Thank you!

I too have the latest firmware (which I noted in my original message). So there is nothing to update.

Problem still occurs. It is fairly random, and is always resolved by removing the power cable and plugging it back in again.

Seems that something has gone wrong.

It is possible for this to happen from boot.

1. Turn on printer.

2. Wait. (no interaction with the printer. Don't send a document to print. Don't press any buttons etc.)

3. Printer goes into a coma. Disconnects from network. Can only be re-awoken by removing the power cable.
