Product: HP ENVY 6032e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

The options to print in colour and to print back- to back have both disappeared from the print menu on my Mac (operating Big Sur version 11.6.7) on HP Envy 6032e.  Can anyone advise, please?  I seem to be going round in circles and HP support is no help so far...

UPDATE: Solution found in a message by TEJ1602 ‎posted on 25th August 2020 

 

Basically, deleted the printer from printers and scanners list in system preferences and added it again - success!  Thank you, TEJ1602.
