Product: HP ENVY 6032e All-in-One Printer

Hello

I cannot get my printer to work. It is connected to wifi, but says it is not connected i have tried everything possible. I cannot call as they only open working hours which i work full time too. I would not be with the printer either if i them called them from work.

I am at my wits end. I bought it for my son in 2021 and we had it working for 2 months and it just sat there doing nothing. I have now given him my printer and i am trying to get this wone working. I am so frustrated. I have tried to reset back to factory settings. Installed, Uninstalled run diagnostics.

My husband ran another diagnostics check and they said i need to pay 10.00 for a new driver to be installed? For me is said in needed to wipe the sytem and reinstall the software... I have no idea what is going on.
