Product: HP Officejet 4632 e-All-in-One Printer

I bought my granddaughter a printer for college HP ENVY 6055e.  I tried to setup here at my home and it was Great.  It worked perfectly.  She is trying to setup at her dorm at college and HPSmart can’t find the printer even though she put it in setup mode.  Can you help me tell her what to do.  She tried all the steps in the aero video.  Thanks.
