HP Recommended

I just got my new HP Envy 6110r and am having issues setting up the printer on my computer through the HP app. I enter the claim code for activation, and I get an error 500. I have done everything I was supposed to do and still cannot the printer to my computer. What can I do to get this printer going? Thank you
