I installed the latest update to my HP Envy 6200 printer on Sunday, now my printer shows the driver is unavailable and when I finally navigated to a point where I could find a driver to download it shows that the file is not digitally signed and my computer will not download it.
This is the second time that I've had issues after an update and I'm beyond frustrated at this point.
I've read all the help topics I can read, I've spent hours at this point trying to fix this issue. I've had several "computer generated responses" that are NOT at ALL helpful.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer too many times to count at this time. I found a place to order the drivers on CD Rom, but I refuse to pay any money at all to fix an issue created by your update.
To top it off, I have this printer enrolled in the Instant Ink program and I'm going to lose money by not being able to print the pages that I have available.
There are no issues with the printer itself printing, it's printed page after page of status reports and it shows that it's available wirelessly. It's just the issue without the PC, and that's where I print from the most.
I sincerely hope that this issue can be quickly resolved. And for the love of everything holy, do NOT give me a computer generated response. That's not helped at all in the last 3 days.

From a quick look around this forum, this seems to be a common issue with people that downloaded the latest update.
There needs to be a solution to this quickly.
There has to be an issue with your update.
Is there some kind of patch that can be installed or downloaded to get this corrected?

I'm convinced that HP missed something with this update. A file is missing or corrupted at the very least because so many people have this issue.
They need to correct the problem promptly and issue an updated download with the correction.
Not keep ignoring the many posts or giving all the convoluted and lengthy "fixes" that I've read.
I'd need to print them out just to follow all the steps and links they've listed. Oh wait, I can't print.

Thank you for the assistance with this. I did go buy a printer cable and connected it first, then ran the commands as instructed.
The printer is working again.
But I can assure you that I will NOT be running any more updates for this particular printer.
