Product: HP ENVY 6452e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Just bought HP Envy 6452e, no option to print in color from my MacBook, OS Monterey 12.6. I've called support twice only to be hung up on both times. I'm sitting here waiting for the instant messaging support and no one is answering. I need a solution for this issue. Drivers and firmware are current, prints fine in black and white. Black & white & color ink cartridges are both brand new. No option for color.
