Product: HP Envy 7640
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

JUst moved into new house.  HP wireless pc connected to wifi with no trouble.  HP Envy 7640 printer will not find wifi!

I have done all the troubleshooting, etc, and just wonder if this printer is allergic to 5G. Help!

Hi @asnell

 

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

The printer only supports the 2.4GHz network

 

You can print using wifi direct or by connecting a sun between the printer and  computer

 

Refer to -Printing with Wi-Fi Direct  and Printing with Wi-Fi Direct
