Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Completely reset the printer from scratch.

 

Would like to access the Advance Printer Settings, but it is

requesting a User Name and Password.

 

Nothing works.

admin admin

Administrator admin

admin blank password

 

What is the deal?

Why is this so flippin' tedious?

Thank you for your help. I was able to dedtermine the DIRECT-CE_HP ENVY 7640 password, but could not determine the user name. I use only two user names. Neither worked. Neither did Admin, or admin for user name. Please advise.
