HP ENVY 7830 is blocked during initialization (HP ENVY Photo 7830 All-in-One Printer)
I've followed the instructions given by Alden4 in this conversation: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-Setup-Software-Drivers/HP-Envy-7830-blocked-on-boot/td-p/90542...

Unfortunattely, It also didn't work for me. Alden4 suggested a private chat to Chrisippy, the one who had the problem.
