Hi @MHR1231,

If you purchased the printer from someone else, I recommend contacting the previous owner and requesting them to cancel their Instant Ink subscription. To use the printer with your own account, you will need to wait until their subscription is fully canceled. Additionally, if the printer has Instant Ink cartridges installed, you will need to remove them and replace them with regular genuine HP ink cartridges before registering and using the printer.
