HP ENVY Inspire 7920e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently received a HP Envy Inspire 9720 printer, but I didn't receive any of the SETUP-cartridges.
Now I don't really mind buying some new cartridges, so I did that.

However the printer won't install without the SETUP-Cartridges.

I have searched this forum for a solution but I couldn't find one that worked.

I kind of need this printer to function soon, is there any way to bypass this screen? Thank you

Regards

Hi @Robert515

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

My sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. We'd hate for you to be stuck in a situation like this. Because you matter to us.

Let me  assist you with the steps to override the use setup cartridge error.

These steps are specific to the printer and I am afraid trying on a different printer might brick it.

I'm sending you a private message to guide you on the next steps.
