I am trying to set up my HP Envy Photo 7134 for the first time. It has frozen. I see an HP logo with a progress bar which is all the way to the right and 7 small circles below. The first 4 are blue and the other 3 white.
I have tried removing the power cord, wait, plug back in etc but that makes no difference.
Note that I am using a MacBook Pro.
Can you assist please?
