HP ENVY Photo 7134 All-in-One Printer

Hi my HP envy photo 7134 printer appears to have crashed. It had a blue screen with the on / off logo. I’ve switched off and on again. Now I have a white screen. Hp blue logo with a blue line underneath and a series of circles. First circle is blue. Printer completely unresponsive. Will a factory reset help? If so how do I do? Many thanks for any advice.

Hi @Col_London,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like your HP Envy Photo 7134 printer is experiencing some issues with its firmware or hardware. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try.

1. Unplug the printer from the power source and wait for 30 seconds before plugging it back in. This can help reset the printer.

2, If the white screen persists, try performing a hard reset by following these steps.

  • Turn off the printer.
  • Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer.
  • Wait for a minute or two.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the back of the printer.
  • Turn on the printer.

3. If the above steps don't work, try updating the printer firmware. Go to the HP support website, search for your printer model, and download the latest firmware update for your printer. Follow the instructions on the website to install the firmware update.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
