HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer

My HP Envy Photo 7155 all-in-one printer is stuck on the loading screen where it has the HP Logo and the blue bar. It completes loading the blue bar and one of the dot/circles below it is shaded blue as well, but it will go no further.

I have tried 3 solutions to no avail as below.

I have removed ink cartridges, ensured carriage moves freely, and it is plugged into a wall outlet in all attempts.

1. I have unplugged cord from back of printer and waited 60 seconds, and reconnected.

2. I have unplugged cord from back of printer and held the power button 10-15 seconds and reconnected.

3. I have unplugged the cord from the back of printer and wall outlet, held power button for 30 seconds to drain remainder of power, plugged in wall outlet and back into printer.

None of these attempts have worked. 😞

The only change made recently was trying to go into settings to cancel out hp instant ink, however, it did boot up normally afterwards and didn't seem to be any issues. Now it won't boot to any point to get back into settings, reset, or update if needed.

Thanks in advance, and I hope you can please help me in this matter. 🙂
