Hi, 

 

My printer won't detect my photo tray at all. it can print from the app but will not let me edit the sizing of the photo so its not formatted to the paper properly. From my computer it says there is a conflict with another printer setting. 

I've tried turning it off, checked the trays and they seem fine. Tried a copy which printed but will not print from my computer.
