HP Envy Photo Driver unavailable

A few days ago I was able to send work to my HP Envy Photo 7800 printer.  Then Microsoft automatically sent updates for Windows 10 (64 bit) to my laptop.  Now I'm screwed because the printer driver is UNAVAILABLE.  I've removed the printer device and downloaded the HP Smart app to download the printer software and driver.  Spent 3 days trying to figure out how to correct the problem but with NO LUCK.  I can send docs from my cell phone and an ipad but not from the laptop anymore.

Hello,

Uninstall the software to your printer (except HP Smart) as follows:

1. Unplug the USB cable at the back of the printer, if necessary.
2. On the keyboard, simultaneously tap the Windows flag and the R key. The Run window opens.
3. Type appwiz.cpl, then OK. The Programs and Features window opens.
4. Click the right mouse button on HP ENVY Photo 7800 series Basic Software, then Uninstall and Yes.

   Note: If the software uninstall process does not start or an error displays while uninstalling, download Fix problems that block programs from being installed or removed from the Microsoft website, and then try uninstalling again.

5. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the uninstall of the printer.
6. Restart the computer.

Install the your printer software as follows:

1. Download the HP ENVY Photo 7800 All-In-One series Full Feature Software and Drivers.
2. Right-click on Full_Webpack-44.9.2759-EN7800_Full_Webpack.exe and then click Run as administrator.
3. Click on Continue, then on Next.
4. Select Manual Setup, and then click Next.
5. Select Wireless - Establish a wireless connection with the device, and then click Next.
6. Select your printer, then click on Next.
7. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the install of the printer.
8. Try to scan and print.
