Ran into this problem on my 5 month old Envy 7220. the support page (https://support.hp.com/gb-en/document/c06447928) recommended creating a new cert through an online admin page. That didn't fix the problem so I called support in the UK and ended up with a replacement printer being sent out and a recommendation to use a mobile device to submit prInt jobs instead of my MAcBook AIR, which did work. A few hours later the printer was back working again of its own volition. Replacing the whole printer and the current cartridges will be a bit of a faff but I can't find anyway to stop the shipment so it will just have to be done that way. Recommend anyone trying the replacement cert method to wait a few hours as it would appear that it isn't an instantaneous fix but so far the error hasn't returned
