HP F4180 blinking power after reset

 Ola, tenho uma HP f4180, que após fazer o reset , Desliga + Cancelar e colocar o cabo de força, ela não parou mais de piscar a luz do power, como posso resolver isso?

Hello, I have an HP f4180, after doing the reset, Shutdown + Cancel and plugging in the power cable, the power light stopped blinking, how can I solve this?
