Hi,

I am in need of some help and guidance for my HP Deskjet  GT 5820 All-in-one Printer,

I have forgotten the admin password for it and there is not option to change or forgot password (For security reason i understand).

I know how to reset network settings, what i require is complete factory reset including EWS password.....as without the the admin password i am unable to udate the firmware and other settings.

 

Please help.
