I found this Solved Community Thread that includes a direct download of the software.
Has HP terminated support for H470 printer?
The problem, if there is one -- the software is old enough that it is based on a container (Flash) that has been discontinued. That means the main printer software won't open.
True - the printer is no longer supported.
You might be able to use the solutions -- or at least some of them -- as outlined in the answer.
