Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with my HP Ink Tank 115 printer, which cannot connect to my MacBook M3 running macOS Tahoe (macOS 26). When I try to install the printer software using HP Easy Start, I receive the following message:

"We were not able to automatically locate any software options for this product. Please go to the HP Website and search for product solutions there. www.hp.com/support"

However, I could not find any solution or compatible driver for my printer on the HP Support website.

Any advice to resolve this issue? Is there a compatible driver available for macOS Tahoe, or is there an alternative way to install and use the HP Ink Tank 115 with my MacBook M3?

Hi @alishaemilia 

Try to install with the next Apple Ink Tank basic driver:

 

(1) Connect your printer with USB cable:

  • ferRX_0-1776429677049.png

(2) Then install the next software

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted as Solution when question is answered.
