Hi All,
I just have a quick question relating to HP Instant Ink Plan.
I normally use the €4.99 a month plan which gives me 100 pages which normally enough. However this month I have been doing a lot of printing at have printed 322 pages. I have purchased 22 sets (220 pages) of additional pages at cost of €22.00. My estimated monthly bill this month is €26.99 and my billing cycle ends on 10/01/2022.
My question is that if I upgrade my plan to the €24.99 month plan for this month (which will give me 700 pages), will the charge of €22 for additional pages be removed.
Thanks in advance.

@XPS8930, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand your concern. No, the €22 charge will not be removed if you upgrade now. You should have upgraded before printing which would save this charge for you.
-
If you upgrade, you can choose whether the change is applied immediately or in the next billing cycle.
-
So it will not consider the pages you have already printed.

I am so glad you posted this follow up information! After reading the first answer from that HP agent, my blood pressure started to rise. I hope that your experience wasn't a one time thing because I'm in a similar situation and if they don't erase the fees for the blocks of 10 pages when I upgrade before my cycle renews, I think I'll lose it. (Just waiting for the offices to open up in the morning to chat and find out.) Fingers crossed!
