Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2019

I'm trying to have my network/firewall guys to allow HP JetAdmin to download printer firmware through the "Get Images" button in the HP Web Jetadmin interface.

 

JetAdmin version is: 10.5 SR1

 

According to  http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c01943164.pdf there are 2 openings needed;

www.hp.com/go/wja_firmware and

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/networking/software/pfirmware

 

An the network people say that they have opened this in the firewalls, however, when i try to use the "get Images", i get the following error: "An error occured while getting the list of images from www.hp.com: Unable to connect to the remote server. Please check your internet settings".

 

So, do anyone know what the actual requirements are to make this work, like specific URL's/IP's/Ports/Protocols and such that i can bring to the networking/firewall department.
