HP Laser MFP 135a

I am installing my printer drivers for my printer HP laser MFP 135a. HP smart cannot find printer scanner is installed. I tried on manual installation but please help me

I understand you are facing an installation issue with your HP Laser MFP 135a, with your HP Laser MFP 135a, you can try the following steps:
 

Check Connections: Ensure the printer is properly connected to your computer via USB or to the same Wi-Fi network if using wireless.

Restart Devices: Restart your printer, computer, and router to refresh the connections.

Download Drivers:

  • Visit the HP Support website and search for your printer model.
  • Download the latest drivers for your operating system.

Manual Installation:

  • Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
  • Click on "Add a printer" and select "The printer that I want isn't listed."
  • Choose "Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings."
  • Follow the prompts to select the appropriate driver.

HP Smart App: HP printer setup (HP Smart app)

  • Ensure you have the latest version of the HP Smart app installed.
  • Open the app and try to add the printer again.

Firewall/Antivirus: Sometimes, security software can block printer detection. Temporarily disable your firewall or antivirus and check if the printer is found.
