HP Laser 107w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer was successfully set up, prints are fine, it enters Standby mode after a little while (the ON symbol flashes).

So all this seems just fine.

But I can't seem to get it to power off.

I've pressed the symbol briefly and also tried for longer, but none of these have shut it down.

I can't seem to find an online manual either - from an HP website.

Perhaps someone here can help me?

Thank you!

Thank you so much, Valsimot!

I am still hoping someone can assist me with turning the printer off...

Perhaps it is faulty?

Hi @BB202111,

Please make sure the printer is ready with a power solid light, press the cancel button first if the printer is in sleep mode (you will see the power light blinking while in sleep mode or solid in ready state), then press and hold the power button till the printer shut down (it should rake a few seconds).
