HP LaserJet Pro MFP M28w Printer
macOS 10.13 High Sierra

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to set up an HP LaserJet Pro MFP M28w to my MacBook Air using my cell phone hotspot.  All setup instructions tell me to look for the WPS button on my router, but obviously, there is only a cell hotspot, not a router.  Thank you in advance to anyone who is kind enough to respond.

Further to my post here is a message I received:

"The wireless radio on your HP Printer is currently turned OFF"

I have been trying to set up through Smart but keep getting the above message in the report.

t it informs:

You will likely need to connect to your computer with a USB cable or to use the HP Utility to access the Embedded Web Server to make changes to the networking so that you can manually connect to the wireless of your phone. The user manual provides information on this http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05847830.pdf
