How are you connecting? USB, Wired Network or Wireless Network or WIFi Direct? Keep in mind programs like Windows Firewall and defender can block communication with network devices.

Hmmm, wireless network or WiFi Direct? It's in our home, we have WiFi that connects to all of our devices.
Printout says that HP printer is unable to connect your our wireless router. Diagnostics results say all good except:
Connectivity - Connected - "Not Run"
Settings - No Filtering - Fail
Settings - Channel - Not run
Everything else says pass or good
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
