Hello,

I have a "Boot Dimm Ready 2 Download" problem, so I tried to update the FW.

By connecting a USB-cable, I start to upload the firmware again (filename: 'M170_colorMFP_Series_FW_Update-20140618.exe'). 

When running this file, I see first 'Downloading' and then 'Erasing' on the screen but it remains stuck in 'Erasing' and even after a few hours it will not do anything else. 

Can anyone help me or tell me if my printer is just a paperweight at this point.
