HP Recommended

I've been experiencing the error code 49.38.07 which keeps appearing on my printer's display screen. Restarting the device doesn't seem to resolve the issue. I suspect it may be related to the driver, but I can't find them online and HP's website keeps giving me an error when directing me to the driver's tab. What would be the most effective way to address this problem?
