hp laserjet M110w

This is a wireless B/W LaserJet printer. I've connected to the IP address of the printer (192.158.0.163) which tells me that this wireless printer is connect to my router. In the Device Status, it says:

Set up the printer now.

Printer setup incomplete. Your HP+ printer must be set up using the HP Smart app. Visit 123.hp.com to download the app and complete the guided setup. Any pages you have printed were intended for setup and have been exhausted. If you completed setup, turn your printer off for at least a minute, then turn it back on. Wait a few minutes to let your printer status refresh and try to print again. Visit hp.com/plus-support for additional setup help.

I've tried multiple times to use the HP Smart App to connect the printer. The result is exactly the same:

unable_to_register.jpg

I've tried finding solutions to that error code: 0W_4XX-OWSWS00001. All the forum posts I've say to restart the printer and try again. Maybe position the printer closer to your computer and router this time. Nothing has worked.

Addressing the typo - the IP address is 192.168.0.163, not 192.158.0.163 like I've written
