Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

‘Restore defaults’ worked for me.  

Turn on the printer. Press blinking button, it will print Printer status information. Find out IP Address and go to it using a browser. It should open HP LaserJet M110w menu. Go to System/Service and do Restore defaults. When asked, use Username and PIN that are under top cover of the printer.  After that, uninstall HP Smart from you PC/laptop and do entire Setup again at 123.hp.com. Never connect the printer to USB !
