Hello,
I have recently purchased a HP LaserJet MFP M234sdw. I'm connecting this via USB cable to my Win 11 Laptop and this can't print in the duplex mode when selected from printer properties and prints single pages only. Duplex mode is also installed in Device -> Settings. I've HP Smart installed and uploaded the drivers as well.
Here's the report from HP Print and Scan Doctor which suggests that everything is OK.
Can anyone help?

Hello @The_august ,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Open Adobe Reader
Open manual m234dw.pdf or another ...
Are 2 sheets printed?
Printed on the front and back?
Kind Regards

Yes I use the same option in my PDF reader (I'm using FoxIT reader and not Adobe). But still it can't print in duplex from my LAPTOP. Note that I've also HP Smart installed in my DESKTOP PC, and it CAN print in duplex from the Desktop

However, you must also have the complete software installed on the notebook.
Here is the software for Win11.
You can find the complete overview of the software here: Select your software and drivers below
Kind Regards
