I have tried everything to get my P1102w to print wirelessly -- uninstall and reinstall new driver, turning off my MacBook Pro, then the printer, then the modem, then reverse all procedures in ballet-like accuracy. When I re-add my printer with the cable so that I can add a wireless version, go into the Printer Utility, nothing happens. My suspicion is that since this printer is out of warranty the new driver is not supporting the Mac way to communicate. I have spent hours on this. Now considering buying 1. A 50 foot cable so that I can print when I am downstairs, (2) switching to a different brand printer when the HP goes.
