I read all the threads (closed by now) and did try to set-up Windows built-in driver via USB port on my new laptop with new Windows 11 - to no avail. Answers in those threads did not help me move forward and I am always directed to create a new thread. Here it is.

 

Can anybody answer with YES or NO to this question:

  • Can I download the driver software for Windows 10 and install it on my Windows 11 machine, without breaking anything?

If the answer is NO:

  • What is the exact name of what is referred to as "Windows 11 built-in driver" for this printer model and under which vendor and model exactly can I find it? (in case I selected the wrong one form a list of thousands similarly named files).
