Product: HP LaserJet Pro 400 MFP M425dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
After Microsoft switched off TLS 1.0 and 1.1 support we have been unable to perform any scan to email functions on our HP LaserJet Pro 400 MFP 425dn devices. I have updated the drivers and firmware to the latest versions, yet there still seems to be no method of changing or forcing TLS. Other printers in our environment, even older printers of different makes/models, appear to have no issues whatsoever, and the issue only began occurring upon Microsoft's cutoff date for TLS. Nothing else changed in our environment at all, across multiple locations in the US, all of which have the same issue.
Is this something that can be addressed at all?
