  • macOS often has built-in drivers that work with printers. Try adding the printer using the "Printers & Scanners" section in System Preferences. When adding the printer, select "AirPrint" if available.

Check for Third-party Solutions:

  • Sometimes third-party applications like Gutenprint can provide necessary drivers for older printers on newer macOS versions.
