Hello,
I have been trying to set up my HP LaserJet Pro M15a printer on my MacOS 10.15.7 laptop, however I cannot download any of the drivers or firmwares onto my computer.
The problem I am facing at the moment is that whenever I try to print, the message "Printing - waiting for job to complete" appears and then immediately disappears again without doing anything.
What can I do? Does my operating system not support the printer? I can update my computer to MacOS 11.6 Big Sur, but that is it.
(Also, I use this printer with a wire, and everything else seems to work fine).
Thank you, Daiana

Hi,
Please follow below version of HP Easy Start, as soon as it launches open the top HP Easy Start menu and select Uninstall HP Software.
Follow the steps on screen and then click on Set Up New Device and follow the steps to reinstall the printer:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Applications/HP_Easy_Start.app.zip
As soon as HP Easy start prompts to install HP Smart, close HP Easy Start and press the Skip to Software Download button, then follow the steps on screen to complete the installation and check for any difference.
