My printer does not print jobs sent from my Windows computer when connected via USB.
I've also tried from another computer that runs Ubuntu. I have the same problem with both: from the computer side, the print job looks like it's done without any issue. However the printer doesn't seem to react at all to the print job. No sound, no paper feeding, nothing.
HP smart diagnostics says that the printer is fine. I don't know if it's relevant, but native copying (i.e., scanning and printing using the printer buttons) works fine. I haven't tried connecting via WiFi. In my debugging journey, I'd like to next try to factory reset. I noticed from other questions that the instructions are private and confidential.
Could you please give me the factory reset instructions at your earliest convenience?
