When I install windows 11 I can not setup my printer HP LaserJet Pro P1102

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, 

This printer is not supported in Windows 11 OS. Refer to the Software and drivers for HP LaserJet Pro P1102 Printer- https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-laserjet-pro-p1102-printer-series/4110394/model/...
 

However, you can set up your printer using the printer drivers that come built into Windows- https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_2224996-1993298-16
