I know my old HP printer is, well, old as heck.  But its a beast and it just keeps on running.  I have a new Dell Inspiron 2in1 and have been trying for hours and hours to try and figure out how to get it to work with the new laptop and cannot seem to figure it out.  There doesn't seem to be a printer driver for it on the HP page.  I tried every single thing the chat assistant offered and still nothing.  Am I just missing something?! Or is this sucker just finally too old to keep up?!

Hello I leave you all the information of your printer https://support.hp.com/gb-en/product/hp-laserjet-1018-printer/1814092/manuals, and the printer manual http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c00585348, another possible solutions https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/hpsupport.html?jumpid=reg_r1002_usen_c-001_ti... program hp support assistant installs drivers, Bios, fixes bugs among other things.

if those solutions didn't work for you, try driver booster free and driver easy are programs that download drivers that you don't have or that are obsolete.
