HP Laserjet 3055 multi-function won't scan (Windows won't see it as a Scanner only Printer)

I have found that it's important to clear the print queue prior to uninstalling the drivers. If there is anything in the queue, it prevents the unintstallation as well as prevents removal of the printer from the computer system

I have Win 10 64 Bit and the HP Laserjet 3055. I followed the Steps here from Hp. But there are no Solution. The Printer can only print, but not scan. Have anywhere the Win 10 64 Bit (1903) and can scan with the HP 3055 ????

Can this People give me Instructions to solve my Problem?

Unfortunately, we still cannot scan with our HP 3050. When we called HP Support, they said our printer was obsolete and we have to buy a new one. This scanner/printer worked great until we upgraded to Windows 10. We were scanning for about 3 weeks and were hit with a Windows 10 update. That's when it stopped scanning. It's clear that HP is not interested in helping us make it scan again so we're looking into a different brand altogether. Trying to recycle this equipment in our area is difficult and frankly, I don't feel like HP really cares about that since they want us to buy a new one. Peace out.
