Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Trying to find the drivers and software for this model. The one from the HP website does no work. It cannot locate the printer and the printer was tested by qualified technicians

If it still cannot locate the printer, how is the printer connected to the computer or to the network? What connection type being used?
