Hi,

Looking for some advice if you can help.  My employer purchased a Laserjet M234sdne so we can use it as a photocopier only, they didn't want to use it for anything else.  Due to the firewall and poor wifi connection in the office, it has never been able to be used.

Is there anyway of getting past the wifi or turning this feature off so we can use it, it was purchased in august last year and we are struggling now, even the IT department are scratching their heads.

Any help would be appreciated.

It will not be possible, that printer model requires a constant internet connection a registration to be able to copy.

Without the internet and registration, that model will not be able to do anything.

Thank you for your reply and sorry for the delay in my response.

I did think that might be the case, thank you for confirming this.
