Product: HP LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP M276nw
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Trying to find a link to see and then download a firmware update for this printer. I recently moved to Exchange365 on GoDaddy and have lost my scan to email capability. I printed a SMTP report and the TLS ver 1.0 & 1.1 are not supported. So I am hoping there is a firmware upgrade that can be done to correct.... Any Ideas? Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi Kevin,

Please make sure you use the correct SMTP server settings and have SMTP enable for your account, please consult below support document:

https://il.godaddy.com/en/help/find-my-microsoft-365-server-settings-9012


If the test still fails, I would also recommend trying an App Password instead of your standard email account password,:
