HP M234 LaserJet Drive Unavailable - I am hard wired connected to the printer from my laptop. Printer is not connecting.

I'd be glad to help you! 

 

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

  • Have you recently updated any drivers or operating system on your laptop, or did this issue occur after any changes to the system?
  • When you check the printer status in Device Manager or Printers & Scanners settings, does the printer appear, and if so, does it show any specific error message or status (e.g., offline or not recognized)?
  • Are other functions of the printer (e.g., scanning) working when connected via the hard-wired connection, or is the printer completely unresponsive?

What device are you using the printer with a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or iPhone?
